Yes, creating an account is required to complete a reservation. It helps us securely manage your bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and allow you to modify or cancel reservations easily through your dashboard.
If you do not show up for your reservation without cancelling in advance, points will be deducted from your account. Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary suspension of your booking privileges. We encourage guests to cancel at least 24 hours before the reservation time to avoid penalties and allow others to book the table.
